MeduProf-S School of Quality & Change provides auditing, training and consultancy on quality & change in healthcare organizations. Through a baseline survey we are able to advise an organization on the level of quality, the necessary changes and organize training and consultancy to reach the desired level of quality. Depending on the organization and the desired level we can offer:
- Audits and baseline surveys
- JCI implementation support
- Self assessment using EFQM
- Guidance to ISO 9001:2008 certification
Examples of education and training are the courses: Quality Change Agent, Internal Quality Auditor, External Quality Auditor, Quality Assurance for Inspectors and Passion in your work. We provide education and auditing using AISHE, a method to measure the Corporate Social Responsibility in organizations.
